Hobbies and interests

Selective plant breeding, including food plants such as peppers, and melons, as well as ornamentals such as orchids and hibiscus. Participate in many outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. Have completed "outward bound" instructor training. Avid reader and book collector, specializing in Edgar Allan Poe editions. Doing research into probability and functional limits of string matching as it relates to the determination of algorithms through data presentation and analysis of output, and structures for solving string matching problems of varied length and varied accuracy.
